充液的操作  filling operation

充液分為充液和補充充液。
充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 儲罐吹除置換干凈達到要求后，將充液管線與儲罐的充液接頭連接，液位計組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準備充液。

2.1.3 將充液管線接通槽車，先開啟V5殘液閥，排出管線內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)氣體后，再開啟V1進液閥和V7排氣閥，V8液位計組合閥處于全開狀態(tài)，顯示液位計讀數(shù)進行充液。

2.1.4 在充液過程中，當液位計指示液位接近標定值時，可間斷開啟V4充滿指示閥，如有液體噴出，應(yīng)立即停止充液，關(guān)閉V4充滿指示閥。

2.1.5關(guān)閉V1進液閥和V7排氣閥，打開V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線，充液結(jié)束。
補充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點是補充充液時一開始就可以大量充液。

低溫儲罐是我公司事業(yè)中心之一---深冷容器事業(yè)中心主要產(chǎn)品，具有有5-200立方米立、臥式低溫液體儲罐（液化天然氣儲罐LNFG，液氧儲罐LO2，液氮儲罐LN2，液氬儲罐LAr2，二氧化碳儲罐LCO2）。
低溫儲罐是貯存低溫液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬、液態(tài)二氧化碳等介質(zhì)的貯存壓力容器。低溫儲罐為雙層固定真空粉末絕熱儲罐（貯槽）。液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬內(nèi)膽原料選用不銹鋼，二氧化碳儲罐為16MnDR），外膽原料為Q345R或許16MnR。外表防腐涂層選用噴砂除銹、吹掃、噴涂等工藝，同時選用了挪威進口佐敦涂料，保證5年油漆不脫落。

低溫儲罐在內(nèi)容器與外容器之間的夾層選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，以到達的絕熱作用。
低溫儲罐產(chǎn)品主要用于液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬以及二氧化碳等氣體的低溫液態(tài)存儲。1立方米液體能夠代替130支氣體鋼瓶。它能夠替代每天用氣瓶往返運輸，節(jié)約很多的人力物力。

低溫液體儲罐
低溫液體儲罐，低溫液體儲槽的結(jié)構(gòu)、型式，近幾年低溫液體市場日益紅火，液氧、液氬、液氮，液體二氧化碳，LNG天然氣銷量大幅增加，所以制氧機副產(chǎn)品這一塊創(chuàng)利十分可觀，成為鋼鐵企業(yè)非鋼產(chǎn)品收入重要部分 。低溫液體的生產(chǎn)、儲存、運輸離不開絕熱保溫儲槽，他們被大量的安裝、使用。

絕熱保溫儲槽分為真空粉末絕熱型和常壓粉末絕熱型，粉末絕熱，利用低熱導率的粉末、纖維或泡沫材料來減少熱量傳入。分兩種形式：一種是在大氣壓下應(yīng)用普通粉末絕熱（堆積絕熱），絕熱層較厚，并充入干燥氮氣維持正壓，以防止水分進入和冷凝，可時適用于液氮溫度以上；另一種真空粉末絕熱，即對填裝粉末的空間抽真空，減少了氣體傳熱，同時粉末顆粒也削弱輻射傳熱，使絕熱效果更好。
真空粉末儲槽為雙層圓筒結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)筒及其配管均用奧氏不銹鋼制造，外殼用炭鋼制造，夾層充滿膨脹珍珠巖（又稱珠光砂）同時設(shè)置了經(jīng)過處理的吸附劑，并抽成高真空度（0.5～6Pa），容量為200m3以下。工作壓力較高（四車間鋼包底吹氬兩個儲槽工作壓力為2.0 Mpa），槽外有氣化器，既可使槽內(nèi)升壓便于充車，又可直接送出壓力氣。按用途可分為固定式和運輸式兩種，固定式主要用于低溫液體的儲存，它安裝在低溫液體的生產(chǎn)地、使用點或供應(yīng)站；運輸式將低溫液體從生產(chǎn)地或供應(yīng)站運往使用點，常有陸運、水運等形式，他們分別稱為槽車、拖車及槽船。
常壓粉末儲槽為平底雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)膽由不銹鋼制造，外殼由碳鋼制造，內(nèi)膽裝介質(zhì)，內(nèi)膽與外殼間的夾層形成一個保冷空間，內(nèi)膽外殼均為平底結(jié)構(gòu)，罐頂為球缺形。內(nèi)膽與外殼底部間用泡沫玻璃磚絕熱，夾層用珠光砂絕熱，外殼設(shè)有旋轉(zhuǎn)盤梯，槽頂有操作平臺和安全護欄。容量為200m3以上，國內(nèi)做到2000m3，與國外相比差距甚遠。工作壓力較低，34KPa∽40Kpa左右，充裝靠液體泵或液位差，也可作為氧氣調(diào)峰供氣用，當制氧機短暫停車或氧壓低時投用，經(jīng)泵加壓后通過汽化器汽化送入管網(wǎng)。

3 本設(shè)備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結(jié)堵塞時嚴禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應(yīng)用70～80℃干凈無油的熱空氣、熱氮氣解凍。
