充液的操作  filling operation

充液分為充液和補(bǔ)充充液。
充液的操作如下：
Filling fluid is divided into the first filling and filling fluid.

2.1.1 儲罐吹除置換干凈達(dá)到要求后，將充液管線與儲罐的充液接頭連接，液位計組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準(zhǔn)備充液。

2.1.3 將充液管線接通槽車，先開啟V5殘液閥，排出管線內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)氣體后，再開啟V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，V8液位計組合閥處于全開狀態(tài)，顯示液位計讀數(shù)進(jìn)行充液。

2.1.4 在充液過程中，當(dāng)液位計指示液位接近標(biāo)定值時，可間斷開啟V4充滿指示閥，如有液體噴出，應(yīng)立即停止充液，關(guān)閉V4充滿指示閥。
During the filling process, when the liquid level gauge indicates the liquid level approaches the calibration value, the V4 may be intermittently opened to indicate the valve. If any liquid is ejected, liquid filling should be stopped immediately and the V4 valve should be closed.
2.1.5關(guān)閉V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，打開V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線，充液結(jié)束。
補(bǔ)充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點是補(bǔ)充充液時一開始就可以大量充液。
Close the V1 inlet valve and the V7 exhaust valve, open the V5 residual valve, remove the filling line, and fill with liquid.
The procedure for replenishing the priming solution is the same as for the first priming procedure, except that the priming solution can be replenished extensively from the beginning.

1.內(nèi)罐壓力異常長高 Inner tank pressure abnormally high
1.1可能是V3回氣閥開度過大或閥門失靈，應(yīng)減小閥門開度或檢修閥門。
May be V3 return valve opening is too large or valve failure, should reduce the valve opening or valve repair.
1.2可能是S1、S2安全閥失靈，到啟動壓力不啟動，應(yīng)檢查安全閥。

1.3可能是壓力表指示不準(zhǔn)確，應(yīng)校驗壓力表。
may be pressure gauge indicates inaccurate, should verify the pressure gauge.
2.液位計指示不真實 Level gauge instructions are not true
2.1可能是液位計失靈，應(yīng)檢修液位計。
may be the level gauge failure, should be maintenance level gauge
2.2可能是液位計接頭處泄漏，應(yīng)檢修接頭連接處，排除泄漏。
It may be a leak at the head of the liquid level gauge. It should repair the connection of the joint and eliminate the leakage
3.蒸發(fā)率高，外殼體凝水結(jié)霜 High evaporation rate, the outer  condensate frost
3.1可能是珠光砂未填實或下沉，應(yīng)補(bǔ)充珠光砂，重新抽真空。

3.2可能是真空度惡化，應(yīng)進(jìn)行真空檢漏，重新抽真空。

4.管道閥門液體流動不暢或堵塞 pipeline valve fluid flow or blocked
可能是液體二氧化碳形成干冰的原因造成，應(yīng)停止使用，用熱空氣加溫管閥至?xí)惩橹埂ay be caused by the formation of dry ice, should stop using, with hot air heating pipe valve until smooth.
