操作系統(tǒng)

充液的操作  filling operation
【標(biāo)題】
充液分為充液和補(bǔ)充充液。
充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 儲罐吹除置換干凈達(dá)到要求后，將充液管線與儲罐的充液接頭連接，液位計組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準(zhǔn)備充液。

2.1.3 將充液管線接通槽車，先開啟V5殘液閥，排出管線內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)氣體后，再開啟V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，V8液位計組合閥處于全開狀態(tài)，顯示液位計讀數(shù)進(jìn)行充液。

補(bǔ)充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點是補(bǔ)充充液時一開始就可以大量充液。
