在您購買我公司的設(shè)備之際，請接收我們誠摯的謝意。我們嚴(yán)格按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工藝進(jìn)行制造，但由于安裝和使用的不當(dāng)，仍會(huì)引起意外事故。本使用說明書所示安全事項(xiàng)是為了您能安全正確的使用本設(shè)備，防止您或他人的危害或損害于未然，一旦實(shí)施錯(cuò)誤的操作方法，其產(chǎn)生的后果均與安全有關(guān)。請接受本使用說明書的，并注意如下事項(xiàng)：

1本設(shè)備屬于特種設(shè)備，要設(shè)專職人員管理與操作，操作人員要經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)持證上崗，否則由于誤操作和使用，會(huì)造成危及生命安全的可能。

2 本設(shè)備的安裝、使用及維修應(yīng)符合JB6898-1997《低溫液體貯運(yùn)設(shè)備  使用安全規(guī)則》的規(guī)定。本設(shè)備應(yīng)放在室外、通風(fēng)良好的場所。CO2有很強(qiáng)的窒息性，會(huì)引起窒息危險(xiǎn)，甚至危及生命。

3 本設(shè)備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結(jié)堵塞時(shí)嚴(yán)禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應(yīng)用70～80℃干凈無油的熱空氣、熱氮?dú)饨鈨觥?br/>this equipment is to 40 ℃ cryogenic liquid storage, pipe, valves, frozen jams it is forbidden to use heavy percussion, fire, or cold water spray method of thawing, application of 70 ~ 80 ℃ clean hot air, hot nitrogen release without oil.

低溫儲罐
低溫儲罐是用于存放液態(tài)氧、氮、氬、二氧化碳等介質(zhì)的立式或臥式雙層真空絕熱儲槽。內(nèi)膽選用材料為奧氏體不銹鋼；外容器材料根據(jù)用戶地區(qū)不同，按國家規(guī)定選用為Q235-B、Q245R或345R，內(nèi)、外容器夾層充填絕熱材料珠光砂或鋁箔、保溫棉并抽真空。

二氧化碳儲罐的長處
二氧化碳儲罐是儲存液態(tài)二氧化碳介質(zhì)的儲存壓力容器。
二氧化碳儲罐內(nèi)膽原料選用16MnDR，二氧化碳罐外膽原料為Q245R或者Q345R。
二氧化碳罐選用“組合、安全體系閥”運(yùn)用兩組安全閥一起作業(yè)，在安全閥定時(shí)校驗(yàn)時(shí)可關(guān)閉一側(cè)，另一側(cè)持續(xù)作業(yè)，保證二氧化碳罐的安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
二氧化碳罐選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，公司以共同的技術(shù)保證質(zhì)量，以達(dá)到絕熱作用。
二氧化碳罐具有運(yùn)用壽命長、構(gòu)造緊湊、占地面積少、集中控制、操作和維修便利等特色。
二氧化碳罐的規(guī)劃壓力為2.2MPa

液體的儲存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲存。儲存期間除壓力表、液位計(jì)、安全閥應(yīng)投入使用外，其他閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)儲罐壓力超過2.1Mpa時(shí)，開啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應(yīng)注意：內(nèi)罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦杀?br/>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. During the storage, the pressure gauge,level gauge, safety valve should be put into use, the other valves should be closed. When the tank pressure exceeds 2.1Mpa, open the V7 exhaust valve buck. However, it should be noted that the pressure inside the tank must not drop below 0.8Mpa, otherwise liquid carbon dioxide will be converted to dry ice.
