二氧化碳儲罐的長處
二氧化碳儲罐是儲存液態(tài)二氧化碳介質(zhì)的儲存壓力容器。
二氧化碳儲罐內(nèi)膽原料選用16MnDR，二氧化碳罐外膽原料為Q245R或者Q345R。
二氧化碳罐選用“組合、安全體系閥”運用兩組安全閥一起作業(yè)，在安全閥定時校驗時可關(guān)閉一側(cè)，另一側(cè)持續(xù)作業(yè)，保證二氧化碳罐的安全運轉(zhuǎn)。
二氧化碳罐選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，公司以共同的技術(shù)保證質(zhì)量，以達到絕熱作用。
二氧化碳罐具有運用壽命長、構(gòu)造緊湊、占地面積少、集中控制、操作和維修便利等特色。

1本設(shè)備屬于特種設(shè)備，要設(shè)專職人員管理與操作，操作人員要經(jīng)過培訓持證上崗，否則由于誤操作和使用，會造成危及生命安全的可能。

2 本設(shè)備的安裝、使用及維修應(yīng)符合JB6898-1997《低溫液體貯運設(shè)備 使用安全規(guī)則》的規(guī)定。本設(shè)備應(yīng)放在室外、通風良好的場所。CO2有很強的窒息性，會引起窒息危險，甚至危及生命。

3 本設(shè)備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結(jié)堵塞時嚴禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應(yīng)用70～80℃干凈無油的熱空氣、熱氮氣解凍。

維護與檢修 Maintenance and repair

1.儲罐的使用與維護，應(yīng)按“壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程”要求和本說明進行。
The use and maintenance of the storage tank shall be carried out according to the requirements of the Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations and these instructions
2.日常檢查與維護 Daily inspection and maintenance
儲罐在運行過程中，要經(jīng)常檢查安全閥、壓力表、液位計工作是否正常，閥門管路是否有泄漏，外部有無異常現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理。
During operation of the tank, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter regularly, whether the valve line is leaking, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon outside, and find the problem to be handled in time.
3.定期校驗 Regular verification
3.1安全閥整定壓力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校驗一次，并加鉛封，作好記錄。
Safety valve setting pressure is not more than 2.27Mpa, at least once a year, and add seals, make a record.
3.2定期檢查夾層真空度，未裝低溫介質(zhì)的情況下真空度應(yīng)低于65Pa，裝有低溫介質(zhì)的情況下，真空度應(yīng)低于10Pa為合格。
Regularly check the sandwich vacuum, the vacuum should be less then 65Pa without vacuum medium; with a low temperature medium, the vacuum should be less than 10Pa for the pass.
