低溫儲(chǔ)罐是我公司事業(yè)中心之一---深冷容器事業(yè)中心主要產(chǎn)品，具有有5-200立方米立、臥式低溫液體儲(chǔ)罐（液化天然氣儲(chǔ)罐LNFG，液氧儲(chǔ)罐LO2，液氮儲(chǔ)罐LN2，液氬儲(chǔ)罐LAr2，二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐LCO2）。
低溫儲(chǔ)罐是貯存低溫液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬、液態(tài)二氧化碳等介質(zhì)的貯存壓力容器。低溫儲(chǔ)罐為雙層固定真空粉末絕熱儲(chǔ)罐（貯槽）。液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬內(nèi)膽原料選用不銹鋼，二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐為16MnDR），外膽原料為Q345R或許16MnR。外表防腐涂層選用噴砂除銹、吹掃、噴涂等工藝，同時(shí)選用了挪威進(jìn)口佐敦涂料，保證5年油漆不脫落。

低溫儲(chǔ)罐在內(nèi)容器與外容器之間的夾層選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，以到達(dá)的絕熱作用。
低溫儲(chǔ)罐產(chǎn)品主要用于液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬以及二氧化碳等氣體的低溫液態(tài)存儲(chǔ)。1立方米液體能夠代替130支氣體鋼瓶。它能夠替代每天用氣瓶往返運(yùn)輸，節(jié)約很多的人力物力。

儲(chǔ)罐的增壓 Tank pressurization

當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時(shí)，可利用汽化器（另外配備）進(jìn)行增壓。其操作過程如下：

2.3.1開啟V2排液閥，使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化，開啟V3回氣閥（根據(jù)用戶回氣管路的設(shè)置，V3回氣閥可置于常開狀態(tài)）從汽化器分流出來的氣體返回儲(chǔ)罐上部，使儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)增壓。
Open the V2 drain valve to vaporize the liquid carbon dioxide vaporizer and open the V3 return valve (the V3 return valve can be normally open depending on the return air line of the user). The gas diverted from the vaporizer returns to the upper part of the tank , So that the pressure tank.
2.3.2當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)壓力達(dá)到2.1Mpa時(shí)，可暫時(shí)關(guān)閉V3回氣閥。
When the tank pressure reaches 2.1Mpa, the valve can be temporarily closed V3 return gas valve.
2.3.3排液過程中，可通過控制V3回氣閥的開度，使增壓能力維持在壓力穩(wěn)定的水平。
During drainage, the degree of pressurization can be maintained at a pressure-stable level by controlling the opening of the V3 return valve.
