二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐的長處
二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐是儲(chǔ)存液態(tài)二氧化碳介質(zhì)的儲(chǔ)存壓力容器。
二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)膽原料選用16MnDR,二氧化碳罐外膽原料為Q245R或者Q345R。
二氧化碳罐選用“組合、安全體系閥”運(yùn)用兩組安全閥一起作業(yè),在安全閥定時(shí)校驗(yàn)時(shí)可關(guān)閉一側(cè),另一側(cè)持續(xù)作業(yè),保證二氧化碳罐的安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
二氧化碳罐選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空,公司以共同的技術(shù)保證質(zhì)量,以達(dá)到絕熱作用。
二氧化碳罐具有運(yùn)用壽命長、構(gòu)造緊湊、占地面積少、集中控制、操作和維修便利等特色。
二氧化碳罐的規(guī)劃壓力為2.2MPa

1.內(nèi)罐壓力異常長高 Inner tank pressure abnormally high
1.1可能是V3回氣閥開度過大或閥門失靈,應(yīng)減小閥門開度或檢修閥門。
May be V3 return valve opening is too large or valve failure, should reduce the valve opening or valve repair.
1.2可能是S1、S2安全閥失靈,到啟動(dòng)壓力不啟動(dòng),應(yīng)檢查安全閥。

1.3可能是壓力表指示不準(zhǔn)確,應(yīng)校驗(yàn)壓力表。

2.液位計(jì)指示不真實(shí) Level gauge instructions are not true
2.1可能是液位計(jì)失靈,應(yīng)檢修液位計(jì)。

2.2可能是液位計(jì)接頭處泄漏,應(yīng)檢修接頭連接處,排除泄漏。

3.1可能是珠光砂未填實(shí)或下沉,應(yīng)補(bǔ)充珠光砂,重新抽真空。

2.4.1液體二氧化碳的正常排放是在儲(chǔ)罐增壓后,開啟V2排液閥,V3回氣閥,液體二氧化碳便流入汽化器汽化,供使用點(diǎn)使用。

當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時(shí),可利用汽化器(另外配備)進(jìn)行增壓。其操作過程如下:

2.3.1開啟V2排液閥,使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化,開啟V3回氣閥(根據(jù)用戶回氣管路的設(shè)置,V3回氣閥可置于常開狀態(tài))從汽化器分流出來的氣體返回儲(chǔ)罐上部,使儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)增壓。
