充液的操作 filling operation

充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 儲罐吹除置換干凈達到要求后，將充液管線與儲罐的充液接頭連接，液位計組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準備充液。

2.1.5關閉V1進液閥和V7排氣閥，打開V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線，充液結束。
補充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點是補充充液時一開始就可以大量充液。

2.4.1液體二氧化碳的正常排放是在儲罐增壓后，開啟V2排液閥，V3回氣閥，液體二氧化碳便流入汽化器汽化，供使用點使用。

1.內罐壓力異常長高 Inner tank pressure abnormally high
1.1可能是V3回氣閥開度過大或閥門失靈，應減小閥門開度或檢修閥門。

1.2可能是S1、S2安全閥失靈，到啟動壓力不啟動，應檢查安全閥。
