2.日常檢查與維護(hù) Daily inspection and maintenance
儲(chǔ)罐在運(yùn)行過程中，要經(jīng)常檢查安全閥、壓力表、液位計(jì)工作是否正常，閥門管路是否有泄漏，外部有無異常現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)處理。
During operation of the tank, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter regularly, whether the valve line is leaking, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon outside, and find the problem to be handled in time.
3.定期校驗(yàn) Regular verification
3.1安全閥整定壓力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校驗(yàn)一次，并加鉛封，作好記錄。
Safety valve setting pressure is not more than 2.27Mpa, at least once a year, and add seals, make a record.
3.2定期檢查夾層真空度，未裝低溫介質(zhì)的情況下真空度應(yīng)低于65Pa，裝有低溫介質(zhì)的情況下，真空度應(yīng)低于10Pa為合格。
Regularly check the sandwich vacuum, the vacuum should be less then 65Pa without vacuum medium; with a low temperature medium, the vacuum should be less than 10Pa for the pass.

二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐材料
絕熱性能
絕熱材料選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂充填?yuàn)A層并抽真空，夾層封結(jié)后真空度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：
有效容積：小于等于 10m 3 真空度≤ 2Pa ，大于 10m 3 小于等于 50m 3真空度≤ 3Pa ，大于 50m 3 小于等于 100m 3 真空度≤ 5Pa ，以精湛的技術(shù)，獨(dú)特的填充工藝，質(zhì)量保證承諾，以達(dá)到的絕熱效果。
安全技術(shù)特性
低溫液體二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐采用 “組合、安全系統(tǒng)閥”使用兩組安全閥同時(shí)工作，在安全閥定期校驗(yàn)時(shí)可關(guān)閉一側(cè)，另一側(cè)繼續(xù)工作，確保儲(chǔ)罐的安全運(yùn)行。
操作系統(tǒng)
儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)容器上部設(shè)置了壓力表，差壓式液位計(jì)和液位對(duì)照表，可以隨時(shí)掌握內(nèi)容器儲(chǔ)存量及壓力變化，便于充裝及排液時(shí)的操作。
檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)
儲(chǔ)罐下部設(shè)置了儲(chǔ)罐真空檢測(cè)、真空規(guī)管及真空閥可定期或隨時(shí)用真空計(jì)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)夾層真空度，確保儲(chǔ)罐的安全運(yùn)行。

液體的儲(chǔ)存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲(chǔ)存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲(chǔ)存。儲(chǔ)存期間除壓力表、液位計(jì)、安全閥應(yīng)投入使用外，其他閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐壓力超過2.1Mpa時(shí)，開啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應(yīng)注意：內(nèi)罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. During the storage, the pressure gauge,level gauge, safety valve should be put into use, the other valves should be closed. When the tank pressure exceeds 2.1Mpa, open the V7 exhaust valve buck. However, it should be noted that the pressure inside the tank must not drop below 0.8Mpa, otherwise liquid carbon dioxide will be converted to dry ice.
