絕熱性能
絕熱材料選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂充填?yuàn)A層并抽真空，夾層封結(jié)后真空度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：
有效容積：小于等于 10m 3 真空度≤ 2Pa ，大于 10m 3 小于等于 50m 3真空度≤ 3Pa ，大于 50m 3 小于等于 100m 3 真空度≤ 5Pa ，以精湛的技術(shù)，獨(dú)特的填充工藝，質(zhì)量保證承諾，以達(dá)到的絕熱效果。
安全技術(shù)特性
低溫液體二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐采用 “組合、安全系統(tǒng)閥”使用兩組安全閥同時(shí)工作，在安全閥定期校驗(yàn)時(shí)可關(guān)閉一側(cè)，另一側(cè)繼續(xù)工作，確保儲(chǔ)罐的安全運(yùn)行。
操作系統(tǒng)
儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)容器上部設(shè)置了壓力表，差壓式液位計(jì)和液位對(duì)照表，可以隨時(shí)掌握內(nèi)容器儲(chǔ)存量及壓力變化，便于充裝及排液時(shí)的操作。
檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)
儲(chǔ)罐下部設(shè)置了儲(chǔ)罐真空檢測(cè)、真空規(guī)管及真空閥可定期或隨時(shí)用真空計(jì)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)夾層真空度，確保儲(chǔ)罐的安全運(yùn)行。

1.儲(chǔ)罐的使用與維護(hù)，應(yīng)按“壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程”要求和本說(shuō)明進(jìn)行。

2.日常檢查與維護(hù) Daily inspection and maintenance
儲(chǔ)罐在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，要經(jīng)常檢查安全閥、壓力表、液位計(jì)工作是否正常，閥門(mén)管路是否有泄漏，外部有無(wú)異常現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理。
During operation of the tank, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter regularly, whether the valve line is leaking, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon outside, and find the problem to be handled in time.
3.定期校驗(yàn) Regular verification
3.1安全閥整定壓力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校驗(yàn)一次，并加鉛封，作好記錄。

3.2定期檢查夾層真空度，未裝低溫介質(zhì)的情況下真空度應(yīng)低于65Pa，裝有低溫介質(zhì)的情況下，真空度應(yīng)低于10Pa為合格。

充液的操作 filling operation
【標(biāo)題】
充液分為充液和補(bǔ)充充液。
充液的操作如下：
Filling fluid is divided into the first filling and filling fluid.
The first filling operation is as follows:
2.1.1 儲(chǔ)罐吹除置換干凈達(dá)到要求后，將充液管線(xiàn)與儲(chǔ)罐的充液接頭連接，液位計(jì)組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準(zhǔn)備充液。
After the tank blows off to replace the cleanliness meets the requirements, the filling liquid line is connected with the liquid filling joint of the tank, and the liquid level gauge combination valve is in an equilibrium state to be filled.
2.1.2充入與液體二氧化碳純度相同的氣體，使罐內(nèi)壓力達(dá)到0.8 Mpa以上，方可進(jìn)行充液。 filled with the same purity of liquid carbon dioxide gas, the tank pressure reached 0.8 Mpa above, before filling.
2.1.3 將充液管線(xiàn)接通槽車(chē)，先開(kāi)啟V5殘液閥，排出管線(xiàn)內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)氣體后，再開(kāi)啟V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，V8液位計(jì)組合閥處于全開(kāi)狀態(tài)，顯示液位計(jì)讀數(shù)進(jìn)行充液。

2.1.4 在充液過(guò)程中，當(dāng)液位計(jì)指示液位接近標(biāo)定值時(shí)，可間斷開(kāi)啟V4充滿(mǎn)指示閥，如有液體噴出，應(yīng)立即停止充液，關(guān)閉V4充滿(mǎn)指示閥。
During the filling process, when the liquid level gauge indicates the liquid level approaches the calibration value, the V4 may be intermittently opened to indicate the valve. If any liquid is ejected, liquid filling should be stopped immediately and the V4 valve should be closed.
2.1.5關(guān)閉V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，打開(kāi)V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線(xiàn)，充液結(jié)束。
補(bǔ)充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點(diǎn)是補(bǔ)充充液時(shí)一開(kāi)始就可以大量充液。
Close the V1 inlet valve and the V7 exhaust valve, open the V5 residual valve, remove the filling line, and fill with liquid.
The procedure for replenishing the priming solution is the same as for the first priming procedure, except that the priming solution can be replenished extensively from the beginning.
