低溫儲罐是我公司七大事業(yè)中心之一---深冷容器事業(yè)中心主要產品，具有有5-200立方米立、臥式低溫液體儲罐（液化天然氣儲罐LNFG，液氧儲罐LO2，液氮儲罐LN2，液氬儲罐LAr2，二氧化碳儲罐LCO2）。
低溫儲罐是貯存低溫液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬、液態(tài)二氧化碳等介質的貯存壓力容器。低溫儲罐為雙層固定真空粉末絕熱儲罐（貯槽）。液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬內膽原料選用不銹鋼，二氧化碳儲罐為16MnDR），外膽原料為Q345R或許16MnR。外表防腐涂層選用噴砂除銹、吹掃、噴涂等工藝，同時選用了挪威進口佐敦涂料，保證5年油漆不脫落。

低溫儲罐在內容器與外容器之間的夾層選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，以到達的絕熱作用。
低溫儲罐產品主要用于液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬以及二氧化碳等氣體的低溫液態(tài)存儲。1立方米液體能夠代替130支氣體鋼瓶。它能夠替代每天用氣瓶往返運輸，節(jié)約很多的人力物力。

1本設備屬于特種設備，要設專職人員管理與操作，操作人員要經過培訓持證上崗，否則由于誤操作和使用，會造成危及生命安全的可能。

2 本設備的安裝、使用及維修應符合JB6898-1997《低溫液體貯運設備 使用安全規(guī)則》的規(guī)定。本設備應放在室外、通風良好的場所。CO2有很強的窒息性，會引起窒息危險，甚至危及生命。

3 本設備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結堵塞時嚴禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應用70～80℃干凈無油的熱空氣、熱氮氣解凍。

2 儲罐的操作Tank operation

儲罐的操作分為充液、貯存、增壓、排液等過程，每個過程必須做到：V6三通截止閥（連接安全閥）和V8液位計組合閥始終處于全開狀態(tài)。罐內壓力不應高于2.16Mpa，壓力不應低于0.8Mpa .

二氧化碳儲罐材料
絕熱性能
絕熱材料選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂充填夾層并抽真空，夾層封結后真空度標準為：
有效容積：小于等于 10m 3 真空度≤ 2Pa ，大于 10m 3 小于等于 50m 3真空度≤ 3Pa ，大于 50m 3 小于等于 100m 3 真空度≤ 5Pa ，以精湛的技術，獨特的填充工藝，質量保證承諾，以達到的絕熱效果。
安全技術特性
低溫液體二氧化碳儲罐采用 “組合、安全系統閥”使用兩組安全閥同時工作，在安全閥定期校驗時可關閉一側，另一側繼續(xù)工作，確保儲罐的安全運行。
操作系統
儲罐內容器上部設置了壓力表，差壓式液位計和液位對照表，可以隨時掌握內容器儲存量及壓力變化，便于充裝及排液時的操作。
檢測系統
儲罐下部設置了儲罐真空檢測、真空規(guī)管及真空閥可定期或隨時用真空計進行檢測夾層真空度，確保儲罐的安全運行。
