儲罐的增壓 Tank pressurization

當儲罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時，可利用汽化器（另外配備）進行增壓。其操作過程如下：

2.3.1開啟V2排液閥，使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化，開啟V3回氣閥（根據用戶回氣管路的設置，V3回氣閥可置于常開狀態(tài)）從汽化器分流出來的氣體返回儲罐上部，使儲罐內增壓。

2.3.2當儲罐內壓力達到2.1Mpa時，可暫時關閉V3回氣閥。

2.3.3排液過程中，可通過控制V3回氣閥的開度，使增壓能力維持在壓力穩(wěn)定的水平。

4、液體二氧化碳用作致冷劑，飛機、和電子部件的低溫試驗，提高油井采收率，橡膠磨光以及控制化學反應，也可用作滅火劑。
5、超臨界狀態(tài)的二氧化碳可以用作溶解非極性、非離子型和低分子量化合物的溶劑，所以在均相反應中有廣泛應用

說 明Description:
⑴本儲罐的操作系統(tǒng)多集中于儲罐底部，儀表系統(tǒng)及組合閥設置在筒壁，便于觀察操作.

(2) 內膽設置有兩個安全閥S1、S2，夾層泄壓裝置B。
