充液的操作 filling operation

充液分為充液和補充充液。
充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 儲罐吹除置換干凈達到要求后，將充液管線與儲罐的充液接頭連接，液位計組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準備充液。

2.1.4 在充液過程中，當液位計指示液位接近標定值時，可間斷開啟V4充滿指示閥，如有液體噴出，應立即停止充液，關閉V4充滿指示閥。

2.1.5關閉V1進液閥和V7排氣閥，打開V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線，充液結束。
補充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點是補充充液時一開始就可以大量充液。

低溫儲罐是我公司七大事業(yè)中心之一---深冷容器事業(yè)中心主要產(chǎn)品，具有有5-200立方米立、臥式低溫液體儲罐（液化天然氣儲罐LNFG，液氧儲罐LO2，液氮儲罐LN2，液氬儲罐LAr2，二氧化碳儲罐LCO2）。
低溫儲罐是貯存低溫液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬、液態(tài)二氧化碳等介質的貯存壓力容器。低溫儲罐為雙層固定真空粉末絕熱儲罐（貯槽）。液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬內(nèi)膽原料選用不銹鋼，二氧化碳儲罐為16MnDR），外膽原料為Q345R或許16MnR。外表防腐涂層選用噴砂除銹、吹掃、噴涂等工藝，同時選用了挪威進口佐敦涂料，保證5年油漆不脫落。

低溫儲罐在內(nèi)容器與外容器之間的夾層選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，以到達的絕熱作用。
低溫儲罐產(chǎn)品主要用于液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬以及二氧化碳等氣體的低溫液態(tài)存儲。1立方米液體能夠代替130支氣體鋼瓶。它能夠替代每天用氣瓶往返運輸，節(jié)約很多的人力物力。

3 本設備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結堵塞時嚴禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應用70～80℃干凈無油的熱空氣、熱氮氣解凍。
