液體的儲(chǔ)存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲(chǔ)存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲(chǔ)存。儲(chǔ)存期間除壓力表、液位計(jì)、安全閥應(yīng)投入使用外，其他閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐壓力超過(guò)2.1Mpa時(shí)，開(kāi)啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應(yīng)注意：內(nèi)罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. 3 本設(shè)備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結(jié)堵塞時(shí)嚴(yán)禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應(yīng)用70～80℃干凈無(wú)油的熱空氣、熱氮?dú)饨鈨觥?br>this equipment is to 40 ℃ cryogenic liquid storage, pipe, valves, frozen jams it is forbidden to use heavy percussion, fire, or cold water spray method of thawing, application of 70 ~ 80 ℃ clean hot air, hot nitrogen release without oil.

1.儲(chǔ)罐的使用與維護(hù)，應(yīng)按“壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程”要求和本說(shuō)明進(jìn)行。

2.日常檢查與維護(hù) Daily inspection and maintenance
儲(chǔ)罐在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，要經(jīng)常檢查安全閥、壓力表、液位計(jì)工作是否正常，閥門管路是否有泄漏，外部有無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理。
During operation of the tank, check the safety valve, pressure gauge and liquid level meter regularly, whether the valve line is leaking, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon outside, and find the problem to be handled in time.
3.定期校驗(yàn) Regular verification
3.1安全閥整定壓力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校驗(yàn)一次，并加鉛封，作好記錄。

3.2定期檢查夾層真空度，未裝低溫介質(zhì)的情況下真空度應(yīng)低于65Pa，裝有低溫介質(zhì)的情況下，真空度應(yīng)低于10Pa為合格。

1.內(nèi)罐壓力異常長(zhǎng)高 Inner tank pressure abnormally high
1.1可能是V3回氣閥開(kāi)度過(guò)大或閥門失靈，應(yīng)減小閥門開(kāi)度或檢修閥門。

1.2可能是S1、S2安全閥失靈，到啟動(dòng)壓力不啟動(dòng)，應(yīng)檢查安全閥。

1.3可能是壓力表指示不準(zhǔn)確，應(yīng)校驗(yàn)壓力表。
