說 明Description:
⑴本儲罐的操作系統(tǒng)多集中于儲罐底部，儀表系統(tǒng)及組合閥設置在筒壁，便于觀察操作.

(2) 內膽設置有兩個安全閥S1、S2，夾層泄壓裝置B。

(3) 連接形式：進液口→2＂螺紋連接，排液閥→2＂螺紋連接，抽空口→法蘭.

低溫儲罐
低溫儲罐是用于存放液態(tài)氧、氮、氬、二氧化碳等介質的立式或臥式雙層真空絕熱儲槽。內膽選用材料為奧氏體不銹鋼；外容器材料根據(jù)用戶地區(qū)不同，按國家規(guī)定選用為Q235-B、Q245R或345R，內、外容器夾層充填絕熱材料珠光砂或鋁箔、保溫棉并抽真空。

1本設備屬于特種設備，要設專職人員管理與操作，操作人員要經(jīng)過培訓持證上崗，否則由于誤操作和使用，會造成危及生命安全的可能。

2 本設備的安裝、使用及維修應符合JB6898-1997《低溫液體貯運設備 使用安全規(guī)則》的規(guī)定。本設備應放在室外、通風良好的場所。CO2有很強的窒息性，會引起窒息危險，甚至危及生命。

3 本設備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結堵塞時嚴禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應用70～80℃干凈無油的熱空氣、熱氮氣解凍。

液體的儲存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲存。儲存期間除壓力表、液位計、安全閥應投入使用外，其他閥門應處于關閉狀態(tài)。當儲罐壓力超過2.1Mpa時，開啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應注意：內罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. During the storage, the pressure gauge,level gauge, safety valve should be put into use, the other valves should be closed. When the tank pressure exceeds 2.1Mpa, open the V7 exhaust valve buck.
