1本設(shè)備屬于特種設(shè)備，要設(shè)專職人員管理與操作，操作人員要經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)持證上崗，否則由于誤操作和使用，會造成危及生命安全的可能。

充液的操作 filling operation
【標(biāo)題】
充液分為充液和補(bǔ)充充液。
充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 儲罐吹除置換干凈達(dá)到要求后，將充液管線與儲罐的充液接頭連接，液位計(jì)組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準(zhǔn)備充液。

2.1.3 將充液管線接通槽車，先開啟V5殘液閥，排出管線內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)氣體后，再開啟V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，V8液位計(jì)組合閥處于全開狀態(tài)，顯示液位計(jì)讀數(shù)進(jìn)行充液。

2.1.5關(guān)閉V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，打開V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線，充液結(jié)束。
補(bǔ)充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點(diǎn)是補(bǔ)充充液時一開始就可以大量充液。

說 明Description:
⑴本儲罐的操作系統(tǒng)多集中于儲罐底部，儀表系統(tǒng)及組合閥設(shè)置在筒壁，便于觀察操作.
