說(shuō) 明Description:
⑴本儲(chǔ)罐的操作系統(tǒng)多集中于儲(chǔ)罐底部,儀表系統(tǒng)及組合閥設(shè)置在筒壁,便于觀察操作.

液體的儲(chǔ)存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲(chǔ)存屬于帶壓(壓力不低于0.8Mpa)儲(chǔ)存。儲(chǔ)存期間除壓力表、液位計(jì)、安全閥應(yīng)投入使用外,其他閥門(mén)應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐壓力超過(guò)2.1Mpa時(shí),開(kāi)啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應(yīng)注意:內(nèi)罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa,否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. 二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐的長(zhǎng)處
二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐是儲(chǔ)存液態(tài)二氧化碳介質(zhì)的儲(chǔ)存壓力容器。
二氧化碳儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)膽原料選用16MnDR,二氧化碳罐外膽原料為Q245R或者Q345R。
二氧化碳罐選用“組合、安全體系閥”運(yùn)用兩組安全閥一起作業(yè),在安全閥定時(shí)校驗(yàn)時(shí)可關(guān)閉一側(cè),另一側(cè)持續(xù)作業(yè),保證二氧化碳罐的安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
二氧化碳罐選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空,公司以共同的技術(shù)保證質(zhì)量,以達(dá)到絕熱作用。
二氧化碳罐具有運(yùn)用壽命長(zhǎng)、構(gòu)造緊湊、占地面積少、集中控制、操作和維修便利等特色。

當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時(shí),可利用汽化器(另外配備)進(jìn)行增壓。其操作過(guò)程如下:

2.3.1開(kāi)啟V2排液閥,使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化,開(kāi)啟V3回氣閥(根據(jù)用戶回氣管路的設(shè)置,V3回氣閥可置于常開(kāi)狀態(tài))從汽化器分流出來(lái)的氣體返回儲(chǔ)罐上部,使儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)增壓。
