低溫液體儲(chǔ)罐
低溫液體儲(chǔ)罐，低溫液體儲(chǔ)槽的結(jié)構(gòu)、型式，近幾年低溫液體市場(chǎng)日益紅火，液氧、液氬、液氮，液體二氧化碳，LNG天然氣銷量大幅增加，所以制氧機(jī)副產(chǎn)品這一塊創(chuàng)利十分可觀，成為鋼鐵企業(yè)非鋼產(chǎn)品收入重要部分 。低溫液體的生產(chǎn)、儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)輸離不開(kāi)絕熱保溫儲(chǔ)槽，他們被大量的安裝、使用。

絕熱保溫儲(chǔ)槽分為真空粉末絕熱型和常壓粉末絕熱型，粉末絕熱，利用低熱導(dǎo)率的粉末、纖維或泡沫材料來(lái)減少熱量傳入。分兩種形式：一種是在大氣壓下應(yīng)用普通粉末絕熱（堆積絕熱），絕熱層較厚，并充入干燥氮?dú)饩S持正壓，以防止水分進(jìn)入和冷凝，可時(shí)適用于液氮溫度以上；另一種真空粉末絕熱，即對(duì)填裝粉末的空間抽真空，減少了氣體傳熱，同時(shí)粉末顆粒也削弱輻射傳熱，使絕熱效果更好。
真空粉末儲(chǔ)槽為雙層圓筒結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)筒及其配管均用奧氏不銹鋼制造，外殼用炭鋼制造，夾層充滿膨脹珍珠巖（又稱珠光砂）同時(shí)設(shè)置了經(jīng)過(guò)特殊處理的吸附劑，并抽成高真空度（0.5～6Pa），容量為200m3以下。工作壓力較高（四車間鋼包底吹氬兩個(gè)儲(chǔ)槽工作壓力為2.0 Mpa），槽外有氣化器，既可使槽內(nèi)升壓便于充車，又可直接送出壓力氣。按用途可分為固定式和運(yùn)輸式兩種，固定式主要用于低溫液體的儲(chǔ)存，它安裝在低溫液體的生產(chǎn)地、使用點(diǎn)或供應(yīng)站；運(yùn)輸式將低溫液體從生產(chǎn)地或供應(yīng)站運(yùn)往使用點(diǎn)，常有陸運(yùn)、水運(yùn)等形式，他們分別稱為槽車、拖車及槽船。
常壓粉末儲(chǔ)槽為平底雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)膽由不銹鋼制造，外殼由碳鋼制造，內(nèi)膽裝介質(zhì)，內(nèi)膽與外殼間的夾層形成一個(gè)保冷空間，內(nèi)膽外殼均為平底結(jié)構(gòu)，罐頂為球缺形。內(nèi)膽與外殼底部間用泡沫玻璃磚絕熱，夾層用珠光砂絕熱，外殼設(shè)有旋轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)梯，槽頂有操作平臺(tái)和安全護(hù)欄。容量為200m3以上，國(guó)內(nèi)做到2000m3，與國(guó)外相比差距甚遠(yuǎn)。工作壓力較低，34KPa∽40Kpa左右，充裝靠液體泵或液位差，也可作為氧氣調(diào)峰供氣用，當(dāng)制氧機(jī)短暫停車或氧壓低時(shí)投用，經(jīng)泵加壓后通過(guò)汽化器汽化送入管網(wǎng)。

充液的操作 filling operation

2.1.1 儲(chǔ)罐吹除置換干凈達(dá)到要求后，將充液管線與儲(chǔ)罐的充液接頭連接，液位計(jì)組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準(zhǔn)備充液。

2.1.3 將充液管線接通槽車，先開(kāi)啟V5殘液閥，排出管線內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)氣體后，再開(kāi)啟V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，V8液位計(jì)組合閥處于全開(kāi)狀態(tài)，顯示液位計(jì)讀數(shù)進(jìn)行充液。

2.1.4 在充液過(guò)程中，當(dāng)液位計(jì)指示液位接近標(biāo)定值時(shí)，可間斷開(kāi)啟V4充滿指示閥，如有液體噴出，應(yīng)立即停止充液，關(guān)閉V4充滿指示閥。

2.1.5關(guān)閉V1進(jìn)液閥和V7排氣閥，打開(kāi)V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線，充液結(jié)束。
補(bǔ)充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點(diǎn)是補(bǔ)充充液時(shí)一開(kāi)始就可以大量充液。

2.3.1開(kāi)啟V2排液閥，使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化，開(kāi)啟V3回氣閥（根據(jù)用戶回氣管路的設(shè)置，V3回氣閥可置于常開(kāi)狀態(tài)）從汽化器分流出來(lái)的氣體返回儲(chǔ)罐上部，使儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)增壓。
