1本設(shè)備屬于特種設(shè)備，要設(shè)專職人員管理與操作，操作人員要經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)持證上崗，否則由于誤操作和使用，會造成危及生命安全的可能。

二氧化碳儲罐材料
絕熱性能
絕熱材料選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂充填夾層并抽真空，夾層封結(jié)后真空度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：
有效容積：小于等于 10m 3 真空度≤ 2Pa ，大于 10m 3 小于等于 50m 3真空度≤ 3Pa ，大于 50m 3 小于等于 100m 3 真空度≤ 5Pa ，以精湛的技術(shù)，獨特的填充工藝，質(zhì)量保證承諾，以達到的絕熱效果。
安全技術(shù)特性
低溫液體二氧化碳儲罐采用 “組合、安全系統(tǒng)閥”使用兩組安全閥同時工作，在安全閥定期校驗時可關(guān)閉一側(cè)，另一側(cè)繼續(xù)工作，確保儲罐的安全運行。
操作系統(tǒng)
儲罐內(nèi)容器上部設(shè)置了壓力表，差壓式液位計和液位對照表，可以隨時掌握內(nèi)容器儲存量及壓力變化，便于充裝及排液時的操作。
檢測系統(tǒng)
儲罐下部設(shè)置了儲罐真空檢測、真空規(guī)管及真空閥可定期或隨時用真空計進行檢測夾層真空度，確保儲罐的安全運行。

液體的儲存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲存。儲存期間除壓力表、液位計、安全閥應(yīng)投入使用外，其他閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當(dāng)儲罐壓力超過2.1Mpa時，開啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應(yīng)注意：內(nèi)罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. 當(dāng)儲罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時，可利用汽化器（另外配備）進行增壓。其操作過程如下：

2.3.1開啟V2排液閥，使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化，開啟V3回氣閥（根據(jù)用戶回氣管路的設(shè)置，V3回氣閥可置于常開狀態(tài)）從汽化器分流出來的氣體返回儲罐上部，使儲罐內(nèi)增壓。
