2、固態(tài)二氧化碳廣泛用于冷藏百奶制品、肉類、冷凍食品和其它轉(zhuǎn)運中易的食品，在許多工業(yè)加工中作為冷凍劑。
3、氣態(tài)二氧化碳用于碳化軟度飲料、食品保存、化學(xué)和食品加工過程的惰性保護、焊接氣體、植物生長劑。
4、液體二氧化碳用作致冷劑，飛機、和電子部件的低溫試驗，提高油井采收率，問橡膠磨光以及控制化學(xué)反應(yīng)，也可用作滅火劑。

低溫儲罐是我公司七大事業(yè)中心之一---深冷容器事業(yè)中心主要產(chǎn)品，具有有5-200立方米立、臥式低溫液體儲罐（液化天然氣儲罐LNFG，液氧儲罐LO2，液氮儲罐LN2，液氬儲罐LAr2，二氧化碳儲罐LCO2）。
低溫儲罐是貯存低溫液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬、液態(tài)二氧化碳等介質(zhì)的貯存壓力容器。低溫儲罐為雙層固定真空粉末絕熱儲罐（貯槽）。液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬內(nèi)膽原料選用不銹鋼，二氧化碳儲罐為16MnDR），外膽原料為Q345R或許16MnR。外表防腐涂層選用噴砂除銹、吹掃、噴涂等工藝，同時選用了挪威進口佐敦涂料，保證5年油漆不脫落。

低溫儲罐在內(nèi)容器與外容器之間的夾層選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂為絕熱材料并抽真空，以到達的絕熱作用。
低溫儲罐產(chǎn)品主要用于液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氬以及二氧化碳等氣體的低溫液態(tài)存儲。1立方米液體能夠代替130支氣體鋼瓶。它能夠替代每天用氣瓶往返運輸，節(jié)約很多的人力物力。

充液的操作 filling operation
【標(biāo)題】
充液分為充液和補充充液。
充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 儲罐吹除置換干凈達到要求后，將充液管線與儲罐的充液接頭連接，液位計組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準備充液。

2.1.3 將充液管線接通槽車，先開啟V5殘液閥，排出管線內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)氣體后，再開啟V1進液閥和V7排氣閥，V8液位計組合閥處于全開狀態(tài)，顯示液位計讀數(shù)進行充液。

2.1.4 在充液過程中，當(dāng)液位計指示液位接近標(biāo)定值時，可間斷開啟V4充滿指示閥，如有液體噴出，應(yīng)立即停止充液，關(guān)閉V4充滿指示閥。

2.1.5關(guān)閉V1進液閥和V7排氣閥，打開V5殘液閥，拆下充液管線，充液結(jié)束。
補充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點是補充充液時一開始就可以大量充液。
