儲罐的操作分為充液、貯存、增壓、排液等過程，每個過程必須做到：V6三通截止閥（連接安全閥）和V8液位計組合閥始終處于全開狀態(tài)。罐內(nèi)壓力不應(yīng)高于2.16Mpa，壓力不應(yīng)低于0.8Mpa .

1.內(nèi)罐壓力異常長高 Inner tank pressure abnormally high
1.1可能是V3回氣閥開度過大或閥門失靈，應(yīng)減小閥門開度或檢修閥門。
May be V3 return valve opening is too large or valve failure, should reduce the valve opening or valve repair.
1.2可能是S1、S2安全閥失靈，到啟動壓力不啟動，應(yīng)檢查安全閥。

1.3可能是壓力表指示不準(zhǔn)確，應(yīng)校驗(yàn)壓力表。

2.1可能是液位計失靈，應(yīng)檢修液位計。

絕熱性能
絕熱材料選用熱態(tài)下的珠光砂充填夾層并抽真空，夾層封結(jié)后真空度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：
有效容積：小于等于 10m 3 真空度≤ 2Pa ，大于 10m 3 小于等于 50m 3真空度≤ 3Pa ，大于 50m 3 小于等于 100m 3 真空度≤ 5Pa ，以精湛的技術(shù)，獨(dú)特的填充工藝，質(zhì)量保證承諾，以達(dá)到的絕熱效果。
安全技術(shù)特性
低溫液體二氧化碳儲罐采用 “組合、安全系統(tǒng)閥”使用兩組安全閥同時工作，在安全閥定期校驗(yàn)時可關(guān)閉一側(cè)，另一側(cè)繼續(xù)工作，確保儲罐的安全運(yùn)行。
操作系統(tǒng)
儲罐內(nèi)容器上部設(shè)置了壓力表，差壓式液位計和液位對照表，可以隨時掌握內(nèi)容器儲存量及壓力變化，便于充裝及排液時的操作。
檢測系統(tǒng)
儲罐下部設(shè)置了儲罐真空檢測、真空規(guī)管及真空閥可定期或隨時用真空計進(jìn)行檢測夾層真空度，確保儲罐的安全運(yùn)行。

3 本設(shè)備貯存的是-40℃的低溫液體，管道、閥門凍結(jié)堵塞時嚴(yán)禁用重物敲擊、火烤或冷水噴淋等方法解凍，應(yīng)用70～80℃干凈無油的熱空氣、熱氮?dú)饨鈨觥?br>this equipment is to 40 ℃ cryogenic liquid storage, pipe, valves, frozen jams it is forbidden to use heavy percussion, fire, or cold water spray method of thawing, application of 70 ~ 80 ℃ clean hot air, hot nitrogen release without oil.
