儲罐的增壓 Tank pressurization

當儲罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時，可利用汽化器（另外配備）進行增壓。其操作過程如下：

2.3.1開啟V2排液閥，使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化，開啟V3回氣閥（根據(jù)用戶回氣管路的設(shè)置，V3回氣閥可置于常開狀態(tài)）從汽化器分流出來的氣體返回儲罐上部，使儲罐內(nèi)增壓。

液體的儲存 liquid storage
液體二氧化碳的儲存屬于帶壓（壓力不低于0.8Mpa）儲存。儲存期間除壓力表、液位計、安全閥應(yīng)投入使用外，其他閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。當儲罐壓力超過2.1Mpa時，開啟V7排氣閥降壓。但應(yīng)注意：內(nèi)罐的壓力不得降至低于0.8Mpa，否則將引起液體二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦杀?br>Liquid carbon dioxide storage with pressure (pressure not less than 0.8Mpa) storage. 充液的操作 filling operation

充液的操作如下：

2.1.1 儲罐吹除置換干凈達到要求后，將充液管線與儲罐的充液接頭連接，液位計組合閥處于平衡狀態(tài)準備充液。

補充充液的操作與充液的操作方法相似，不同點是補充充液時一開始就可以大量充液。
