2.日常檢查與維護(hù) Daily inspection and maintenance
儲(chǔ)罐在運(yùn)行過程中，要經(jīng)常檢查安全閥、壓力表、液位計(jì)工作是否正常，閥門管路是否有泄漏，外部有無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)處理。

3.定期校驗(yàn) Regular verification
3.1安全閥整定壓力不大于2.27Mpa，每年至少校驗(yàn)一次，并加鉛封，作好記錄。

當(dāng)儲(chǔ)罐向外供液又需要穩(wěn)定排液壓力時(shí)，可利用汽化器（另外配備）進(jìn)行增壓。其操作過程如下：

2.3.1開啟V2排液閥，使液體二氧化碳汽化器汽化，開啟V3回氣閥（根據(jù)用戶回氣管路的設(shè)置，V3回氣閥可置于常開狀態(tài)）從汽化器分流出來的氣體返回儲(chǔ)罐上部，使儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)增壓。
